This is a page from Katy’s diary, the handwriting is ok, so I thought I’d scan it rather than transcribing. The thing that always haunts me is that she seems a bit like a little girl. Which I suppose she was.
The whole experience of your blog is, well, kind of amazing and disconcerting at the same time. I have this sense that Katy is both real and a creation of yours, somehow. Reading these posts is a bit of a roller coaster- enthralling but a bit scary.
I don’t know if I’m making sense but the main thing is that there is great artistry here. And so I’m happy to have found your striking and compelling work.
Thank you for liking my post!!!! There are children in all of us. I think going back to that age of innocence is when we tap into our most genuine emotions and feelings. Feelings that we often “stuff down”. I identify with Katy’s post about her father and men. It is sad to read because it sounds like she lived a troubled life.
I think because she’d stayed at my flat for a bit and we did chat about her problems. Most people were very judgemental or blanked her. I think she felt I was quite neutral. xx

Love reading your post
Bless her!
It is like Tom said “striking and compelling.”
Very moving and well written!

Do you know why she left you the journal?
